Randy’s expertise in cooling systems is based upon both his extensive training and education in the field and over 20 years of industry experience serving both residential and commercial customers.

 

Prior to entering the industry, Randy earned a degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Subsequently, he joined a local Hawaii company for a 12-year period where he rose from Field Technician to Service Manager.

 

In 1999, Randy elected to form his own company, RMI, with a focus on serving both the residential and commercial customer.

 

Among his customers and peers, Randy has built a reputation as someone who can solve customers’ toughest air conditioning and refrigeration problems. Equally important, if Randy and his Technicians cannot personally answer your question, he will tell you who can.

 

In addition to Randy, RMI is staffed with a comprehensive support team including our Office Manager, our factory-trained Technicians, our Equipment Mechanic and our Administrative Assistants. We pride ourselves on being both friendly and professional in interacting with our customers.
